A Familiar Face at ICE
Captains and Crew has taken part in the International Charter Expo for several editions. Every year the expo has brought us new charter partners, crew requests for the season ahead and pre- and end-of-season deliveries.
In 2026 we are back in Amsterdam to meet the charter companies we already work with, and the fleets we have yet to meet. We combine crew placement and yacht deliveries across the Mediterranean: it is what we have done since 2014.

When and where is ICE 2026?
The International Charter Expo takes place from 11 to 13 November 2026 at EXPO Greater Amsterdam, Stelling 1, Vijfhuizen (Netherlands).
How can I book a meeting with your team?
Send us a request through our contact form, mentioning ICE 2026, or request a meeting on Handshake, the official ICE matchmaking app, as soon as meeting booking opens.
Can we talk about deliveries as well as crew?
Yes. Many of the companies we meet at ICE need both: crew during the season and delivery skippers before and after it, from Northern European yards to the Mediterranean or within the Med.
Are the crew you place your employees?
No. Captains and Crew acts as a placement agency: we find and match qualified professionals, but they are not our employees. Fee, payment terms, duration of service and expenses are agreed directly between the charter company and the professional.
We cannot attend ICE. Can we still work with you?
