A Typical Course Day:
- 06:00 — Wake-up, weather briefing, day planning
- 07:00 — Departure, morning navigation
- 13:00 — Lunch underway or at anchor

- 19:00 — Return to port or anchoring
- 20:00 — Dinner and day debriefing
- 22:00 — Preparation for the next day
